Need for height among a flat landscape.
Design with a narrative,
The King blinded by a desire to build up. To reach the moon to touch the sky.
Commissions a tower to be build. One which he fails to afford. A construction made from scraps. Scraps that cause the fall. A fall all the way from sky deep into the dreamers grave.
The facade is made from wooden scraps crushed to splinters. Inspired by the properties of thatch on the traditional dutch roofs.
Construction out of wooden beams fitted under tension.
